OUR GUARANTEE

We are excited and proud to offer you a variety of embellished items.  Please remember that they are extremely 

delicate and require delicate handling.  We want you to enjoy your purchase.  We strive for excellence, however, if you find that one of your stones has gone missing please let us know.  If we are notified within 30 days of your purchase, we are more than happy to repair or replace your item (based on our sole judgement).  Please email us at sparkleandshine@everything-blings.com and we'll email you regarding the next steps. 

SHIPPING POLICY

We make every effort to ship out your order within 24 hours.  Our standard shipping method is USPS First Class.  Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information.  If you've selected in store pick up an email notification will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

RETURN POLICY

We are happy to accept your returns of any purchase for any reason as long as it has not been worn or damaged.  Your are responsible for postage on any return other than the receipt of incorrect merchandise.  To initiate a return please email sparkleandshine@everything-blings.com with the details and a Return Authorization number will be emailed back to you with return instructions.  No returns will be accepted without an RA#.  Once the item has been received, a credit will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. 

CUSTOM ORDERS

We will do orders of items customized items.  Please compete the form on the Custom Order section of the site an someone will contact you within 24 hours.
